Welcome to the C-Change Awards 2017!

This is the public nomination form to nominate exceptional IT deployments(s), disruptive Digital Transformation initiatives, and the CIOs/CxOs who have led them with superior Digital Leadership and Influencing skills.

If you or the digital leaders you nominate qualify this stage, then we'll send you a detailed audit form to help us understand the nominee's achievements better.

Please note that these awards are meant for only LARGE and VERY LARGE ENTERPRISES, Govt. and PSUs. We define this as companies with at least 500 EMPLOYEES and/or INR 500 CRORES ANNUAL TURNOVER.
